Yesterday, I went to Jurong East Regional Library to catch up with Aini, Nadiah, and Andala.
Also to return Aini's books from Hnin Lett. Anyway, when I reached there, I really missed the smell of the library. It's like i've never been there for ages! Went downstairs to the children s corner near the stage. I saw Nadiah seating in the small children chair doing Hw. She's so tedious now adays. No idea why? I should be more like her....hmmmm....Not gonna happened.
We stayed at the library for few hours. Searching and searching for childrens books for their Gift of reading. Mean while Nadiah was whinning about going home....being hungry. Aini complaining about few people came to go book hunting for their Gift of reading. Me, Nadiah and Aini went up to eat at this Cafe Galilee...pretty expensive name huh. Their food pretty expensive too but delicious. We ate some brownies and to top it off, an ice-cream on top. hhmmm delicious.
In advance, I immediately warned them about me getting drunk in a few moments.
I could already feelin' it while Andala and Aini went up to the 4th floor. I'm seating in front of Nadiah eating. I'm urging it all in, preventing it to leaked out. I really have a weird behavior.
Nadiah started talking about why I'll always get drunk when I eat chocolate. It's because of too much sugar. She's probably right. To be honest while she was talking my mind was flying off some place else. The only thing I could remember was ".....too much sugar."
I'm now recollecting everything and that's what i've got so far.
Around 5 something we set off, leaving their Gift friends. We walked past this some kind of food stalls. Selling food of course. Andala bought some kind of a banana food thingy, a burger and a long long long stick. Which they all say its a fish meat. Fish meat? It looks like a green coloured bread stick to me. It does smelled like a fish though.
Aini bought the same thing and she gave me a bit. I started sniffing it all in and they were all like, " why are you smelling the food??!".
HEY! I'm born like that. I smell food when I'm not familiar with it. People who saw me doing it.
WILL...I swear...they WILL have the VERY SAME REACTIONS.
Puh-lease....Like they've never done it before.
Psshhh......
Out of awkward circumstances, I started mumbling none sense. Only for a few moments. I started stop talking cuase you'll never know what will come out of my mouth.
